General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§1 Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
Any differing terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

§2 Contractual Partners, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase agreement is concluded with Siebert Gustav, Nemeterstraße 4a, 67166 Otterstadt.
By placing the products in the online shop, we are making a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in your shopping cart by clicking the order button.

§3 Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT.
Shipping costs are explicitly shown during the ordering process.

§4 Delivery

Delivery within Germany is handled by our chosen shipping provider.
Delivery usually takes 4-8 working days after receipt of payment.

§5 Payment

Payment can be made in advance, via PayPal, credit card or other payment methods offered in the shop.
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

§6 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB). (See cancellation policy below)

§7 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.
If there are any defects in the delivered goods, please contact us by email.

§8 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
